Do you ever find yourself doodling? So do students! Let’s harness the amazing power of doodles, drawings and sketchnotes. You’ll increase engagement, visual literacy, connections, and even retention of learning. Sketchnotes, or doodles, connect thoughts and help us process and remember information! You and your students don’t have to be artists to create meaningful sketchnotes. Doodling can be very simple but, oh so powerful. Learn how to create a community of visual thinkers. Then explore simple, fun and creative ways for students to use their doodles to share what they know. We’ll tap into digital doodles, as well ways to enhance / archive doodles on paper. You’ll want to have a device you can draw on or a notebook for our session.
